Purpose of this website

This website provides information about audio tour enquiries, sample requests, visitor interpretation content and audio guide projects. You may browse it, share links and use published information to assess whether our services suit your needs.

Enquiries, proposals and service agreements

Sending an enquiry or requesting a sample does not place an order or create a service contract. Project scope, deliverables, prices, tax treatment, payment terms, timescales, support, cancellation arrangements and intellectual property rights are to be set out in a separate agreed proposal or contract. That agreement governs the purchased service and takes precedence where it conflicts with these website terms. Illustrative prices and examples are not a binding quotation.

Content and intellectual property

Website text, designs, software, images and other materials belong to Evolve Technologies Ltd or their respective owners. You may view the site and retain reasonable extracts for your own assessment of our services. Reusing substantial content, redistributing software or presenting third-party logos as your own requires the relevant permission. Any separately supplied materials remain subject to their stated licence.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or use contact facilities for spam. Do not submit material you are not entitled to share.

Examples and demonstrations

Examples illustrate possible uses and do not guarantee a particular outcome or feature for every project. Third-party platforms, devices, connectivity and site conditions can affect how a service operates.

Audio guides and route information are interpretation aids. Visitors must follow the venue’s current access rules, safety notices and staff instructions. A demonstration does not grant access to a venue or permission to reuse its recordings, photographs or other content. Content production, languages, hosting and accessibility requirements are agreed for each audio tour project.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but the website may contain errors or become unavailable. Please confirm details material to your decision with us before relying on them. We may update website content as our services develop.

External links are provided for convenience. The linked organisation controls its website and terms. Displaying an organisation's name or logo does not transfer ownership of its branding or guarantee the content of its website.

Responsibility and your legal rights

Responsibility for paid services is addressed in the relevant service agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these website terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and changes

These website terms are governed by Irish law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Please contact us first if a concern arises so that we can try to resolve it. Updated terms will be posted here and apply to subsequent website use; changes to an existing service contract follow that contract's provisions.
